So... People who know me here will know me as a regular in status and generally I keep it light and funny in there, so I'll tell you my news here as I don't want to ruin the general mood in status

I've recently been diagnosed with cancer...and well that's just shit. Told you this was neither funny or about sex....If you took no notice it's your own fault

I'm not telling you this for sympathy by the way, I'm not looking for platitudes/inspirational stuff etc.... although if any of you fine ladies want to give me a sympathy blow job I'll gladly accept

I will be going for a scan soon, having some delightful dye injected into me to see how far it's spread...then I will be having an operation to remove some lymph nodes plus some more of me around the area of the lesion that was removed.

I'm writing this as a sort of therapy I suppose, I was expecting it not to be great news when I had the biopsy. The speed that everything happened told me that the docs where pretty sure it was cancer. I must admit I wasn't expecting it to be potentially this bad...that's hit me for six even though I had felt I had prepared myself.

If I feel up to it I will post updates as I go, if you don't want to know then just don't read my blogs...this is a sex site after all.

I was going to say I hope you don't mind me sharing this with you all...but frankly I don't care as I'm doing it for me.
