wow,,,has it really been a whole year since i wrote in this blog? actually,,,its been a year and a month. well,,,as usual things have changed a lot since the last blog. i was living in watertown ny last time and since then i moved into a cool apt in w-town then, in november i moved back to syracuse ny. its been 11 years since i lived here and its sort of nice being back. having trouble finding a good hob but least im working. well,,,let me update you as to what happened since last year. i moved into a 3br apt in eb and worked at an ace hardware or the summer which turned out to be quite kick ass. got a bit over trained but least i got some good workouts in. all in all it was a great summer.

ok,,,,well its been a long time so i do have a lot to talk about. as for the other new stuff in my life, ive got to be friends with a member. i talked a while back about her blog and really enjoying reading her stuff. well, ive been leaving comments on her blogs for a few months and weve been emailing quite a bit. shes really a sweetie not to mention shes really hot. actually,,,,weve talked on the phone several times. i was a bit surprised when she called me last week. we had a long conversation about all sorts of stuff. shes really a cool chick and its great to have met someone like her.

well,,,its been almost 2 months since i wrote in my blog so i guess its time to start back up. a lot has happened since i wrote last. lets start with the big stuff. well,,,i got arrested and deported out of canada. oh yeah, and it gets better. my/our business went under. yep, i had to cough up $5000 for bail and in the slow season and with the old owner of the business owing me 14,000, it was the srtaw that broke the camels back. honestly, filing for bankrupty was a relief. it almost seems surreal. oops,,,did i spell that wrong? so,,,im back in the states and honestly im glad to be here. i fucking hate canada and i never want to go back. things are a bit messy with the gf since she is still there and im here but time will tell. i am now living in watertown ny and it is seriously a dump. it should be called sewertown. oh well,,,ive got a job and a place to stay so things could be worse. it looks like im gonna go back to school for nursing. thats about the only good thing going on. although im thinking about doing radiology instead. the local college has a 2 year program for nursing and its cheap so,,,why not? therea more but im gonna post that on another blog

hey there- recently i came across a member who has an extensive blog. so, i read a few of them and found myself an hour later still reading. this woman had a lot of interesting stuff to say. i think i was surprised because looking at her pics shes a very beautiful woman. i guess its not fair to judge a womans IQ based on her looks. she had a pretty interesting perspective on life and the stuff that effected her life. anyways, i find myself reading her blog everyday now. tomorrow ill tell you guys about all the shit that has happened in the past 2 weeks. cheers,,,,,,sean

hey all- things have been a bit crazy around here since june. it was a slow summer but we knew that before buying the business. fall is here and its getting busy again. 2 weeks ago we opened a 2nd store and so far so good. its a bit slow but the beds are hot and its a great location. so,,,if your in kingston and want a tan, were next to giant tiger in princess st. the other news is that im being deported back to the US for a year but its all good. ive got a plce and a job in watertown. cheers,,,,,sean

everything is all set. getting the van tomorrow along with hearing about the bank loan. went shopping for a 50 inch plasms tv today,,,man its big. stopped in and chatted with the employees although we dont actually own it till march 3rd. man,,im psyched.

well,,,,the training is going great. always tired and sore but the gains are coming. they measure your fitness by using a number with the formula watts/kgs. FYI 750 watts equals 1 horsepower. i weigh 70 kilos so that number goes below my wattage output. i today put out 400 watts for 5 minutes which gives me a 5.7:1 ratio. a good pro puts out around 6 or more of a ratio. so,,,things are coming together. felt a little off today, think i might have a small cold. my important numbers are 400 watts@ 5 min/ 375 watts@10min/ and 336watts@20min. my goal is for 460watts@5min and 400watts@20min. its coming but i know patience is key. my first race is march 11th in PA. cant wait. cheers,,,,,sean
