ok,,,i gotta write about this because my body is/has been doing some weird shit. i was tired last wed when i did my workout so i kept it short and decided to let my body rest for a week. and i was tired for a whole week including after a nap for 3 hours yesterday. so,,,i got my gf on the bike for a really hard hour and decided to see how the legs would be. so,,,after a 15 min warmup i decided to do a single 2 min interval. now,,,i did put a new tire on the bike which had a taller sidewall which meant the friction was higher and my watts would be lower. so, i ended up with lower numbers but still good numbers. max- 779 watts 1 min- 590 watts 2 min- 510 watts | ||
