This morning's weigh in at 77.4kg after breakfast. That's not bad after a night out lol. Taking it easy and visiting with family today and enjoying my last full day off and the ball game later. Tomorrow is just a flight but it's still going to interrupt my day. I'll be sure to avoid the mirrors while I'm waiting for my flight. Nothing much else to say as of yet today. Hello NN wow have I had a long day between staying up and talking with my 'miss' then having to do lots of work related stuff. I did manage to work in 15 miles on my bike today too but I forgot my gloves which is bad because I have very flesh unfriendly grips. I did get about 2 hours of sleep this afternoon so we'll just have to see how long I hold out. In the world today the latest sex surveys have came in and there's more oral sex going on. Hello NN and good morning to you. I've just had a quick shower to help me wake up a bit. I've been up all night talking with my 'miss' and decided to not sleep and instead have a bike ride up to the shops. I broke my brush and I have been surviving on hotel bar soap for the past few days. Just haven't made time to go up to the shops while they were open. It's beautiful weather for a morning ride here in norther California and I'm not going to let this one pass me up. I'm still not up to my 50 miles anyway. Sitting in the airport now with my back to the window hehe thinking of you my miss. Been here for about a hour now the rubber glove part was surprisingly quick. Had a bite to eat but no luck finding the magazine I wanted. I will have to hit up barns and noble on the way home. Going to be a relaxing weekend I hope. I want to work in 50 miles on my bicycle want to step things up and get in shape. I might try working in a massage and a movie if I have time to. On my way back to that place we all love so much and sir mixalot is cranked up by the rest of the crew sitting up front. Work rented us a 2010 charger with 150 miles it's fun to drive but this traffic is a downer. I'm beat today between the people in the room next to me I've named the newlyweds and the trains going through I didn't get any sleep. I didn't have any company either other than my zune either  I'm hoping today is better than yesterday and goes faster too it's my Friday atleast Stay naughty NN | ||||||

This is why I hated my job today. It's disturbing so skip this blog if you can't handle that. I met a sweet older lady in her 50s today. I found out she was in prison because she boiled her baby girl alive and fed it to her husband. She was quite proud of herself too. Another woman skinned some kids and bled them to death and said she could still taste their blood. Those were some of the worse. These are some of the things I have deal with at my job. | ||||||

I'm around 6 feet tallish maybe a little taller and I weigh 165lbs currently. I have a BMI of 22.4 too light? too heavy? I don't think I'm skinny but other people do. | ||||||
