this morning i dressed in my nicest panties and bra and prpceded to take a 2 hr enema.started with one quart of soapy water with 6oz of oil mixed real well,held it in for 10 min,then took 2qts of the same.feels so good.i then took 3qts of water with epsom salts and plane salt with a1half cup of vinegar and held it as long as i could ,about 5min.then i took a gallon of clear water with 4tbl spns of salt,could only hpld for 10 min,expeled ,took about 15 min to get it allout,then repeted it 2 more times,made me feel great ,.TRY IT SOMETIME | ||||

i like to take enemas at least three times each week,i have a 1 gallon enema bottle that i use the most.i start with a 1 quart soapy enema,then on the others i add 1 pint each time until i am able to take the whole gallon.i mix different things with them also,vegetable oil,epsom salts,table salt,dish soap,shampoo,and coffee ilike to use about a three fourth gallon of real strong coffee and hold it for about 20 min.leaves me feeling great.if you have any suggestions for more enemas please let me know. i also like to wear lingerie of all kinds,i take panties from my sister in law houses when we visit i have about 20 pair all sizes and shapes ,from size 7 to size xxlarge,they all feel good ,i am wearing a size xx now ,pink ,they come up past my navel about 3in.have 6 bras i like to wear also. man am i getting hard as i write this,guess i had better do something with it. bye for now | ||
