Thats right we are getting much needed rain.
Today started hurricane season, and we have a tropical storm upon us, but we can deal with that cause we need the rain. I just don't like night storms.

A woman walked into the kitchen to find her husband stalking around with a fly swatter.

"What are you doing?" She asked.
"Hunting Flies" He responded.

"Oh. Killing any?" She asked.
"Yep, 3 males, 2 Females," he replied.

Intrigued, she asked. "How can you tell?"

He responded, "3 were on a beer can, 2 were
on the phone."

And you probably thought this would be dirty...

really nice. We got up early and headed out on the bike. Stopped at Howard Park, and smelling the salt water reminds me how much I miss our boat. It was a lovely day, not hot as long as we were riding. And I wonder if I will ever get the knots outta my hair.......lol.

People come into your life for a reason, a
season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is,
you will know what to do for that person. When
someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually
to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to
assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with
guidance and support, to aid you physically,
emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a
godsend and they are. They are there for the reason
you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on
your part or at an inconvenient time, this person
will say or do something to bring the relationship
to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk
away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a
stand. What we must realize is that our need has
been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it
is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,
because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you
laugh. They may teach you something you have never
done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount
of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a
season!

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime
lessons, things you must build upon in order to have
a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept
the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas
of your life. It is said that love is blind but
friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether
you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

but thats what he gets for sending me to the paint store for black paint.........lol.
It is actually a kool metallic teal green and looks better than in the pics.
We are going riding tomorrow. Today is a lovely day, and we should be out there now. Hoping everyone is enjoying their weekend.

We bought a Harley............lol.
A 1985 FLHT Police Special, with 15,000 original miles. We got a good deal. It needs alot of TLC, but runs great. And Night has the weekends to work on it anyways.........lol. This is the first weekend and already Night has it in pieces, all over the shed. It was white but didn't look good against the new pieces he got from the harley store. So it will be black when I get on it next........lol.
We are planning to ride next weekend if the weather cooperates. A poker run for a friend who was in a wreck and is now disabled.
