so as alot of people know i got moved to second shift at work for what was supposed to be a month. well turns out it was a 2 week stint now. so i finally get used to the sleep pattern and stuff and now i go back to my original shift. i aint complaining, it lets me back into mma and stuff. but i will def. miss the shift bonus. | ||||

work has been, well lets just say its been interesting the past month and a half. first i get finally put on a group of machines i wanted to try since day one so that was cool, my boss really likes that i ask to do hard jobs so i can learn. talked to my boss about how he thinks i am doing within our company.....says i am doing awesome for someone with as little work related experience as i have, wants to put me in some training to advance quickly in the company, didnt ask just kinda said we expect alot out of you. well as many of you know i am having to be moved from my first shift to second shift for a month because we are kinda slow and since i am low on the seniority ladder, doing this helps avoid layoffs which is a good thing, well come to find out that when i come back i am going to be replacing someone who is moving away from the company and who was there for like 20 years cuz they say i am smart enough to understand what to do and think i will enjoy the new responsiblity, my one question for my boss was, do i get more money? | ||||

i have made some true friends here but recently i have been having an issue with someone who i thought was a true friend but is avoiding me. i tried to contact them and they are basically ignoring me like i did something wrong, the reason i was given by another person is i am working 1st shift at the job i am at and she didnt want me to work that. i guess i should be sorry for trying to get a better job and back into the field i went to school for. so to the true friends i have made here i say thanks for staying with me during the rough times and the good times. hugs to you and to the haters who dont like me kiss my ass cuz i dont need you in my life. | ||||
