My wife is just consider (getting the balls) to have a second set of horizontals, jewellery to be bars in front and rings behind. Looking at the placement of your current bars I think your seconds would have to be behind. Someone has mentioned stretching I think the two things second piercing and doing a stretch or larger gauge piercing are exclusive and could not be pursued at the same time if that was your desire.
