With photos, moderators work with a list of predetermined reasons that state why a pic can be removed once it has been reported by a member. It takes three moderators to vote for a photo to be removed before it actually is taken down. You have 1 moderated photo, and I see it was voted off for ''poor quality'', in the sense perhaps of image resolution. Having photos or videos removed happens to a lot of people here, and there are now more moderators to help in having site rules respected in all areas. Some members are adjusting to this better than others. I hope you both can continue to enjoy the site. ~ Mitch

giardininaxos	14-Aug-21 17:37:48 Mitch Thank you for the reply and it is much appreciated. The most frustrating aspect is having a post just disappear without reason. Providing one helps with future posts . Those customers , which is what we are , that pay to be a premium membership rightly expect a certain curtesy and consideration. It is also unfair , my opinion only , when it appears many other posts are allowed which are not as good or artistic . But I appreciate that is very subjective . My past removed post on two other , more artistic sites I grant you , was very well received . If you really want more premium members then customers need treating with more consideration. Again thank you for the reply …it helps with the frustration. X

giardininaxos	8-Jan-22 15:35:24 Caio , I hope someone can help amd make sense of what the moderators do at times. We are premium members , decided to jump through the hoop with identity clarification and have been members for a few years now . Why can not the moderators do the right thing , respectful, professional and test customers with a modicum of consideration. We uploaded a video and have discovered it was moderated off.. We have no idea why . Is it unreasonable to be told the reason so it can be corrected .

giardininaxos	9-Oct-22 12:35:08 Ciao , We love it here and understand the moderators have a difficult job. But good communication can help both them and more importantly customers. We had a recent photo removed as we established was supposedly old ? Where does it say in the rules photos have to be current . There are literally thousands of vids and photos that are not new …but they are still enjoyable! And the quality is good ! Surely if their customers like them that should be the key driver … We just wish to enjoy the site without the hassle … Rules are important we understand that…..but struggle,with the lack of communication. Xxx

giardininaxos	28-Mar-23 10:58:57 Well just when you believe the situation with photo removals could not get any worse it does ! No lessons are learnt by those in positions of moderating the site … The worst part is customers are contemptuously ignored and deemed not worthy of a response . Even when you have paid to be a premium customer . But what is galling is there’s are so many photos getting through the so called moderation process of far inferior quality to those being moderated on and then off ! Inconsistency is not the norm here leaving paying customers with a lottery as to whether an item will be deemed good enough . One photo I came across contained the highlight and proud boast the photo was of a the poster without the persons bottom dentures ! Sexy and sensual indeed ! Quite a number of former premium and dissatisfied customers now meet off site … What a shame as this site could be so much more…. We have made so many lovely friends and acquaintances here ..
