So after roughly 40 years of smoking, I have 95% quit. I still bum one or smoke a small cigar, but compared to my 1 1/2 packs a day, it's little by comparison. Suffering from e.d. for about 4 years now .( I'm 55)
So I gave up my pack and a half habit 4 months ago. Still taking generic viagara.
But noticed that when I masturbate, I've actually been getting hard with no medicine! The other night I took a 1/2 a pill and I was fully erect the whole time we had sex! Before ,even with meds, I had a short window where I'd start to lose my erection even during sex. I felt like I was in my 20's!
