"Cunt" tends to be my preference and the preference of my girls for the same reasons Fantasm listed. "Cunt" has that fast, truncated, consonant punch to it that lust sort of demands I think. "Pussy" is softer and longer and a little bit playful sounding, more for pre-sex teasing talk to me.

"Cunt" however is used much more widely in the U.K. as an insult so may be different for people from there.
