As much as you think this is gentle and caring and a perfectly normal form of a relationship, sdaly it isn't. The police should be called for abuse such as this. The person receiving the pain needs councelling to help him (or her) accept that being beaten is wrong. Violence should be dealt with. Too many people are beaten in relationships causing hospitilisation. What is the difference between this and a photo of a person being beaten by their spouse. Nothing. You cannot hide behind the consent line because of serious flaws in ones mental state. Images like this should not be on NN. Also images like this can be used to bring a case of GBH against people.
