Lenticular Clouds over Mt. Lenticular clouds can be separated into altocumulus standing lenticularis (ACSL), stratocumulus standing lenticular (SCSL), and cirrocumulus standing lenticular (CCSL). Due to their shape, they have been offered as an explanation for some Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) sightings. | ||||

Dinner: Slow Cooker Asian Pork Roast: I made this in a 5 quart slow cooker. 2lbs Pork Tenderloin, 3/4 cup of Salsa (I used Medium chunky, 1/2 cup Honey roast Peanut Butter (I used normal smooth pn. Butter and a Tablespoon Of Honey) 2 tablespoons each of Soy Sauce AND Sesame Oil 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger- grated ( I used 1/4 tsp of dried ground ginger) 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 3 cloves of Garlic - minced (I chopped mine)1/4 cup coarsely chopped Cashews & Some chopped spring onions (for Garnish if wanted) Place pork in slow cooker. Mix salsa, peanut butter and Honey, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic. Pour over the pork. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Slice Pork and serve with hot rice or pasta. Spoon over the pork with the sauce and garnish on top if required. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into buttered 9 inch pie dish/pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350f for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to make its own crust!
