My healthy eating plan is going great! Im really starting to get the hang of knowing fats and calories and what they do to u, my family say im driving them nuts, but it must be rubbing off cos last nite my mum had a big mac rather than a double quarter pounder! She's tiny so she's doing it for health rather than weight loss but thats a start rite??? I have lost five kilos in 2 weeks, mainly loss of fluids but that better than nothing! Ciao!!! | ||||||

Basically I have made some huge changes in my life, starting on my birthday back in september. I have decided given my history with fucked knees and ankles I need to lose weight. I have already dropped one dress size and plan 2 lose at least 3 more to be a healthy weight. My partner and I are planning to get our own place in the next few months, after our summer and christmas. So, i will keep a diary here in my blog and keep u posted! Ami | ||||||
