Ok So I have decided that I am going on a diet. I've done it before and I will do it again damn it! But here is my issue..I can't understand how to drink the 8 glasses of water a day.[img]http://www.industreal.spb.ru/smiles/beer.gif[/img]

Now don't get me wrong- I like water and all, but the damn water doesn't stay in me. I am going to the bathroom like every 1/2 hour (45 minutes if I can jump around a little to keep the bladder uneven and fool my body)
In a workplace with only one other girl, it is noted how many times a day I go to the bathroom (tell me guys why it is ok for you to go and well, use the facilities for 25 minutes at a time and thats normal -and sometimes applauded- but my 45 second pee is a waste of time???)
I can't even imagine what it would be like to be doing this while pregnant. I swear, all the water I drink finds this super highway express lane that just cuts ahead of everything else. I know what goes in must come out, but couldn't it stop and enjoy the scenery a bit???
*sigh* Sorry for the rant..just needed to vent. Being day one of the diet I am so sure there are many more days to come
