Cloudy day with showers, I was planning on doing yardwork. I've noticed Spring flowers coming up in the yard. From what I can tell they seem to be Tulips and Daffodils. I havent noticed any crocus. Funny I miss my blooms at the old house. I know where all the Daffs come up and which ones grow faster. It always made me smile when I caught sight of the first bloom....

Pretty much a blank slate here at the new house. You can tell the previous owners tried to have a flower garden on the side of the house and at one point it seemed as if it were maintained but bushes and such are now overgrown. The side will look nice after summer bulbs and annuals are planted. But the back yard is just a huge acre full of crabgrass. I'm attempting plans for the back, been drawing out different diagrams....

I want flowers flowers and flowers and an herb & veggie garden. Hahhaha all the gardening will be up to me, my green thumb hasn't been so green! lol

Heading out before the rain. I can atleast take notes on what seems to be growing where for spring time bulbs so I can add to it for next Spring.

I think tonight might be a good night for cellphone pics! hhaha

Went to our Neices birthday party all the kids had a blast it was a hiking party. Beautiful day for it. The adults ended the day with Amaretto and Goldschlager(sp?)ohhh man was I feeling good hahhaha. Hubbs was driving so I rather enjoyed myself lol We had no plans on staying as long as we did it was dark before we knew it and had an hour drive home. On the way home we are thinking of the dog, what kind of mischief did he cause and we hope the guinea pig is still in his cage well we get to the house and I forget to set the timer for the lights, ohh poor dog in the dark, walking up the stairs no barking hmmm unlocking the door no little maniac charging the door. Fuck did we leave the office window open again is he out on the porch roof? Casper Casper we are all calling him, we hear a really sad whine but he is no where. Where the hell can he be search all the rooms. The whine sounded like it came from my room but he wasn't there, under the bed, nope. Last room to check the door is shut why? the bathroom door is always open unless someone is in there....

Casper we say as Hubbs opens the door and there he is the little yapping lap dog exhausted and paws hurting letting out a barely audible whimper. Hubbs scooped him up and said what the hell happened? Somehow the clumsy lil dog went into the bathroom for reasons unknown and the door closed a bit. We're guessing he tried to open it and instead it closed tight. While in there from whatever time we left at 11:30 -8:00 pm he had no water, can't reach the toilet(ewwww)and he chewed apart my wicker holder for extra rolls of tp but that was after trying to claw his way out of the bathroom door. Poor dog his front paws are red(no blood)and fur is missing. We cleaned him up and he hasn't left my lap since he ate and drank almost a whole bowl of fresh water.

Just for the record if we had realized we were going to be gone the entire day we would've had my Mom stop by and take the dog out....

He keeps looking up at me with his sad little eyes like we did it to him! pfffttt ya lucky I didn't scold you for chewing up my wicker holder...

It could've been worse...

The awards were presented today from the Science Fair, they kept it quiet for the past couple of days. I knew Little Man did well...

First place baby! wooohooo only grades 3,4&5 were being judged but the lower grades could enter for fun and to get the feel of it for the future...

Out of 150 3, 4&5th graders my Little Man was presented with a plaque saying 1st place school name Science Fair with his name!
Kick ass! So proud of him!! What a great way to start off a weekend that is already full of celebrating! Wedding Anniversary tomorrow and birthday is Sunday

the friggin dog.I told you how we "inherited" my Father in Laws dog last month well since then he has been driving us crazy. A little yapping happy go lucky lap dog with absolutely no common dog sense. Well I delayed getting him groomed I knew it would be sad walking into my house with him and "Dad" not seeing him looking all pretty...

Today was the day, we found a great place right around the corner from us, so nervous taking him somewhere new but I like to support local businesses and they were cheaper than the other place. Every 8 weeks grooming for him its going to get costly. Anyways Ohh boy when I picked him up besides the fact that he was over excited to see me he looked awesome. His coat is white and curly his head short and poofy. Such a cute Bichon! I even carried im in the house so his paws wouldn't get all muddy.

Hahhahhah well someone thought they would leave a bowl of raviolis n red sauce on the table. Casper jumps up on the couch to gaze in the sunshine beaming in thru the window until his nose catches scent of something. Hi little 2 inch paws reached from the couch to on the table and ate what was left. Wtf a red sauced dog face up to his little eyes! lmfao Not even 15 minutes and he was covered.He thought he would wipe his face clean on the couch! We just scrubbed his face and now he has an orange tinge to his fur. Couldn't even stay clean long enough so I could take a pic of him for the family update. Oh well.lol

He's sleeping on my lap right now lol ya would think he was a cat. Is a lapdog even a real dog?? lol NO offense to all the little dog lovers I just never pictured him to be our Family dog!

my jaw hurts and my cheek is swollen. what did he do to me? lol I can open my mouth but not very wide and it hurts my jaw to chew. Hope it's gone by morn if not I'll be calling the dentist. I have a feeling it wont be gone.

I'm real bitchy too.I can't stand being limited and dammit I can't have my 9 layer chocolate cake for my day Sunday I knew it was wishful thinking anyhow but...
