This is the hardest week ever.
Who ever geard of delaying Funeral services because of snow??
DAm weather experts my ass. We got 4 inches yesterday not 2 feet and you postpone my Father in Law's Wake & Funeral.

I'm trying to write a Eulogy about my "Dad" He was such a special person to me. When I would pick up the phone and say I have to call Dad Hubby thought I was talking bout my Father til he would hear the conversation realizing it was his Dad! lol I've been a part of my Husband's family since my early teen years, I was Best Friends with his Sister before we started dating at 16, I'll be 38 next month

What I had to do, anyone would have done if they were there.

Such a long day we've had and it's not over.I'm just glad to be home with my family. That was the hardest thing to do calling my Husband, he was home with Little Man. Just wish I was there when he told him about my Father in Law...

I did all that had to be done/could be done so far. Just waiting on Hubby's 2 sisters to fly home.

Going to hug Hubby then walk the dog we have my father in laws dog for now. hes cute but too little!

Thanks so much for all the getwell messages! Another sick day today...school tomorrow Friday or not! Funny Little Man's not too sick to play Halo 3 today hahah He was actually so happy he said it didn't make him dizzy playing. Yeap school tomorrow.

Now Hubby's getting sick, I'm thinking he's even coming home early today....

House is full of sickness, yuck germs. I don't have enough Lysol! lol Strep throat omg my poor Little Man's throat is raw & gross. I was amazed at the Pediatricians office how fast the throat culture came back. Doc swabbed his mouth and said sit tight I'll be back in 6 minutes with the results and script for amoxicillin. 6 minutes?? I remember as a kid it took something like 3 days to find out if ya had strep they would call and tell you to either continue taking penicillin or stop no need no strep.

What I thought was an endless supply of soft tissue is all gone!We all have colds but Little Man's throat is so raw he can hardly swallow nvm eat.Liquids & more liquids....

No school today we're getting 8-12 inches of more snow. Little Man's teacher was slick yesterday morning when I picked him up from school, she said she sent home Wednesday's homework too due to the impending storm. Hahhah the look on Little Man's face! I felt bad my Son couldn't even read his new book lastnight, he said he was too dizzy. Not sure when he'll do his homework lol

Looking forward to my snowguy coming after the storm to do my driveway...I like watching him work! wink wink Mooooooooo!

Snow snow snow its a fluffy snow but still getting plenty of it today! lol The sleepover lasted til long after midnight.Every time I gave Little Man & his friend a time update they giggled oh yeah real funny your both still awake at 12:35!! Like Juicy said she calls em wakeovers...I now know why! hahhahah

I'm supposed to be going to my cousin's gf's baby shower. I was going to drop Little Man off at my brothers house but last night my Mom called asking if she could take him out to lunch and to the movies! Yes you can and you can have him all day! hahha
But now the snow man ohh man. We aren't leaving the house! Ive shoveled once already and ya can't even tell. And I doubt my Mother will be picking up Little Man(glad I didn't tell him) She's not the best driver to begin with nvm her driving in snow!
I wasn't looking forward to the shower anyhow. I put no thought into their gift whatsoever which is so not like me. Plain & simple a gift card, I was going to stop on the way to get a card for the gift card! lol But with all the snow I didn't drive Hubbs to work today so....

Heading back out to shovel. The parents should be coming soon, I hope. lol

My Little Man suckered me into letting him have a sleepover. He's had them before but this is the first since we moved. As soon as they both walked in jackets off they went right for the Nerf guns darts were flying everywhere! It will be an interesting night to say the least. Right now they are in his room,thank God! They just finished covering the entire room in comforters & blankets making it look like one big tent!Even suckered his Uncle Smooth to help them! Now they are pigging out on junk food and watching music videos on the laptop. Before I know it they will be in the living room wanting to play Guitar Hero damm it's still early it's only 6! hhahahha
