Some people want the protection a mask can provide, while others think it a violation of their civil rights to wear a mask.

It is not mandatory in my town to wear a mask yet, but several people can be seen in public wearing them. I carry a mask with me any time I go out into the world now and have no qualms against slipping it on if it becomes necessary.

My sister lives in a state where it is required to wear one in public and she likes it now, because she likes to sing and no one can see her mouth moving. lol

As usual, it all comes down to common sense and I can be respectful.

It's summer in Indiana, so of course we're in the middle of a heat wave - 90 degree highs since last week, carrying over until this coming Friday.

You shower, shave and put on nice clothes to go somewhere, only to break out in a sweat in a hot car.

It is nice to drive around in AC, further chilling to satellite radio.

I'm starting to like summer again.

I have Thursday through Sunday off from work for the 4th of July.

I think a good part of that time will be spent finding out how to operate all of the controls on my new car.

My last car simply had Heat/AC, radio and cruise control.

Spent Monday at the dealership getting my new car.

She's a beauty and has all the bells and whistles.

I'm a happy camper!

My old car is in bad shape, so I started looking online for a replacement.

Found a used Chevy Impala at a local car dealer for $6,600.00

So I bought it. Online.

I pick it up tomorrow.
