Stopped into the local barbershop Friday for a trim. Barbers talk... a lot! lol One of the reasons I love barbershops is because it's one of the last places men can go and just be men. Any way, my barber said something simple, yet deep while I was there. He said: "I believe that the vast majority of people in the world are good people. It's the bad ones that make the news and make the rest of us look bad." Simply said. ~ | ||||||

I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eating what's good for me and working out three times a week, plus walking every day. BUT... On a three day weekend, I will eat and drink anything and everything that is NOT good for me. Some people will say no, but I call it living. As the old song says: Go on and do it, do it, do it 'till you're satisfied (whatever it is)! | ||
