While I appreciate what you are trying to do and I do help as much as I can. I have a very low carbon foot print. I do not have a car, I use public transportation. I keep my thermostats set well below and above (winter and summer) recommendations. I buy very few packaged goods. I recycle everything I possibly can etc. But with all due respect I want you to take your CFL light bulbs and shove them up your ass. You can tell yourself they emit the same wattage as incandescent bulbs, you can tell yourself they last a billion times longer. You can even fool yourself into believing they are better for the environment at the time of disposal. The truth is they suck ass.
