well there are several things I could say but... from the man NN himself these are just a few things he wants to do but with lack of funds he can not implement a fast as he would like and in a timely manner that will prove beneficial to us all(these are NNs own words and can be seen on one of my status updates...

I have new support system designed and a programmer lined up to build it - I just dont have the budget to press the go button. New system will be amazing and pass alot of stuff to mods so support is way faster - just like Verifications became so much faster
new photo viewer with slide show mode is another one that is on hold - half built
New chat room that works on ipad and has much better PRV mode is another
Private albums is another
Better Mobile site is another we have made progress recently but there is so much to do there
featured profiles is another
we are changing our billing company to one that USA banks will (hopefully) not reject as much
It purely is lack of funds to get the stuff built.. Programmers are not cheap and it is not like we are sucking all the funds out, we are taking tiny wages - I could earn more working for someone else I literally have so many cool innovative plans that are just on hold
I sometimes think I need to start a development fund - like PSP - where people pay to just know the money will be 100% spent on improvements but then you have the people saying "dont change things" so development fund idea might not fly

so there you go many of these things are things that we all want, and have asked for in one way or another. premium and non premium will benefit from these things, but first we need to go premium and honestly suck it up when a change is made that we do not like...
