Halloween has always been one of my Favorite holidays, I mean come on a day where as a kid you get to get dressed up as anything you want to be, stay up late, and people give you candy... Whats not to love!!! Now as an adult I still get to get dressed up, and stay up late, but now I get to give out the candy, and it is just as much fun!!! This is my entry in TWLs blog challenge for this week... First we have the costume I am wearing to work tody... a Candy Striper but I am gonna be an undead one!  Then we have the one I am wearing to the Halloween party tonight, Daphne!!! Master went to the local toy store, to see if they had some of the new LELO products, and while he was there he checked out the DARE ME! box set which has a whip, a blond fold, and a set of NOIR LUNA beads in the mini size. He almost got it but considering that I already have a set of mini beads, he looked at some other things. Since they had all the new stuff in they were selling the old line at 50% off. So he got me a GIGI which was gonna be 43.6 dollars but the store has a loyalty card, that when you spend a certain amount it gives a % off all your purchases for the next 6 month... so he got an aditional 25% off. So he got a $109 LELO for $27.25!!! And I have to say I LOVE IT!!!!! | ||||||

So last night I transferred 2 prescriptions payed a ten dollar copay on each. {that is the normal copy so I do not really count this as having spent money} I then got 50 dollars in reward points. I bought 8 Maybelline products, price ranging from 6.99 to 10.99 buy 1 get 1 half off, 3 packages of Garnier Nutrisse hair color, 3 bottels of palmolive dish soap, 2 packages of nature made vitamelts. now using the 50 dollars in reward points then coupons on every product, both manufacturer and store coupons I was able to get a total of 111.46 in products for a grand total of 5.70 out of pocket and that includes tax... so really all i paid was, tax... So there is the Naked Couponer's latest adventure... Also FYI if you use Nature Made vitamins, remember to set up a Wellness Account on their website. You can the enter the 8 digit code of the side of the bottle/packaging, and earn points redeemable for coupons from them directly... | ||||||

We went apple picking with the intent of making some apple sauce and maybe a few pies. But when we went to grab the basket we passed a geocache box and saw that it was marked with a color we have never seen on one before, purple. Which we found out meant it had the first clue for a scavenger hunt, so plans changed and we started running around our area of the state following clues. One lead us to a statue in a park, one to a chocolate shop, another and my favorite clue lead us to a word wall at the state library, and the last clue lead us to the town office in the town that host the annual state fair. There we gave them the first clue we found at the orchard, and found out what the prize was, passes for the state fair, including free parking and ride passes for the week. Not bad for half a day of riding around to various places and working out clues.... yep that was my day so far... | ||||||
