Odd yet delightfully intriguing. Morbid yet very very sweet. Sarcasm is part of who I am.....deal with it.

My long hair? Gone! You can still see it in my pics...lol. I thought someone else needed it more than I did. My hair went to make wigs for cancer patients. I have more updates, but this one is a biggie!

Thursday, June 25, 2015, 6:17:59 PM- An attempt at normalcy.
Yes, I am back from DC. It was brutal, but good! I thought that I would have some time to catch up on blogs and messages, but they will have to wait. AGAIN. When I returned last Sunday, the Father of my boys informed me that he had scheduled his cataract surgery and needed a ride. So I am here in Huntington Beach for a few days to make sure he is comfortable. It's a good thing that I have my own room, I would not want to be in a hotel again. I dropped him off and then popped into the store so he can have his licorice after the surgery. What happened as I walked into the store bothered me and truly upset me. There was a woman (about 30 or so years of age) who was asking for a soda. It's hot out here and all she was asking for was a soda or something cold to drink. People just ignored her or told her no. I asked her if she had a preference and she smiled and told me anything cold would be good. I got her the largest drink and made sure there was plenty of ice. I also picked her up some chips. When I was at the register the clerk was asking the customers if the lady was bothering anyone and if she should call the police. I spoke up and said loudly "You know, all she wanted was something to drink because it is hot and she is thirsty. Is it too hard to buy a $2.00 drink?" No one spoke up. I saddens me that this woman was ignored. It saddens me that on such a hot day, no one cared. The woman wasn't asking for money. She was asking for someone to understand she was thirsty. One day, I might need such a small favor and I know that karma will smile on me.

Tuesday, June 16, 2015, 1:05:12 AM- I am worn out.
That is about the jest of it. I had 5 minutes time to check my hotmail account and decided to peak in on NN. Well, not really peak in and play. But I did write this in my blog.....lol. Oooooooooops, time is over. I hope to laugh with all of you soon. Oh and one more thing............ I WANT TO GO HOME!!

Friday, June 5, 2015, 8:43:16 PM- Am I alive? Barely!
I'm finding that I don't have much time to breathe, let alone find time to giggle or two on the net. I had to take a sneak peek here on NN just for sanity sake. I took 10 minutes to view status. That was it. Sad.....I know. But hey, I work for a living... I keep passing all of these wonderful monuments but still can't see them like a tourist. I'm exhausted. Hopefully in another week I can come back and read the comments under this blog. I miss laughing with all of you. I miss the boobs, the giggles, the dicks and yes at times the dickheads...lol. Keep your lovely arses the same as they were when I left. I don't want to try and figure out if anyone has changed their names. Hugs to all of you.

Monday, June 1, 2015, 9:45:42 PM- Oh em Gee!
I can already tell that this investigation is going to take some time. If you don't see me for a while, don't worry, I am fine. My time on the net will be extremely limited due to exhaustion. I'd say play nicely, but that would be a vanilla thing to do and I am not vanilla. Just perv away, flirt, laugh a lot, cause rifts, roll your eyes @ suspicious things, don't irritate NN, call out the bs'ers and keep snapping those photos. I hugs ya! xoxoxo

Monday, June 1, 2015, 12:34:26 AM- It got worse...........lol. (sorry for the length, but it's filled with twists and turns)
Breathe and smile..........Breathe and smile. On my flight to Phoenix a baby was in the next seat. To keep him from getting bored, I showed him how to pull the magazines out of the back of the seat in front of him. And I showed him how to drop the tray down....lol. The parents were getting tired of him doing the things I taught him, but they had to let him do it or else he cried....lol. Win win for me, no baby crying and the parents dealing with their child. I arrived at Phoenix Airport with just 30 minutes to get to my gate. I looked at the screen for the right gate. Okay...check. While I was in the restroom and then getting some magazines, they changed the freaking gate! So, then I ran to the right gate and checked with the lady. She said yes, this is your gate. WRONG! She allowed me to get on the wrong plane...lol. It was going to Philadelphia. She told me to take a left at the end of the ramp, but she was wrong. I was supposed to take a right! I sat there listening to people talk about Philly and it hit me! So I ran off and got to the right gate and plane and asked for a Supervisor. He apologized. Then he told me to settle in because the plane was having computer difficulties and it would be about an hour. So he got on the p.a. system and told everyone to go and eat and come back in an hour. I settled in, got out my laptop, plugged it in, unwrapped my food and kicked back. Then he announced that the plane was fixed and we could start boarding. WHAT! So I gathered every thing up and got on board. We were late leaving because they had to call all of the passengers back that man told to go and eat. What a farktard! I'm in my seat and an Indian woman with a head scarf finds her seat next to mine and she begins flipping out.....I mean screaming that she didn't get a window seat. They had to calm her down and find her a window seat. We she walked away to her new seat people clapped.....lol. Who would want a screaming woman sitting next to them. Another win win for me because no one sat next to me. Now, we arrive and the airline sends us to the wrong baggage terminal. We stood there for 30 minutes waiting. Then they announced our bags were at 12. Got the bags and then the went for the car. I stood in line for 40 minutes while the guy flirted with the guy he was helping. After I got the car, it smelled of cigarettes and it was filthy. Plus, he forgot to give me the keys. He told me they were in it. WRONG! Now, I get to the spot where the car is supposed to be and it was the wrong car. Now mind you, I am dragging 2 large suitcases, a laptop, a purse and a small carry on. I get back to the counter, get the stall number where my real car is. I start off in my direction and discover that the GPS is broken. So a guy gives me directions. I wind up driving and lost for 2 hours. How in the heck I wound up in Arlington National Cemetery is beyond me...lol. I pulled over and screamed at the top of my lungs just to get the stress out. I make it to the hotel at 2330. Tired and stressed. Smiling, but tired and stressed. This was Saturday. Sunday is another story. I want to return the stinky car and give them the broken GPS. I arrive at 1400. I turn the car in and they cannot find the paperwork. They also lose the car I turned in. Then they have to re-do the paperwork because they guy didn't do a transfer, he did a return. The printer is down, so they just give me the keys. I get down to the car and some other guy was given the same car. A man driving by is a Budget Clerk so he takes my keys, the others guys paperwork and it takes him 40 minutes to figure it out. He brings the guy his new car and leaves me to wait for the keys. He brings me the keys but no paperwork and I can't get out of the terminal without them. Okay, I arrive at 1400 and didn't get out of there until 1700. Yes, it was another banner day! So far I am not impressed with this trip. I know that I am here for department, but come on! I would like to arrive without having to worry that a flight attendant put me on the wrong plane or get sick from standing in a garage for 3 hours sucking fumes....lol I have flown many many times, but this was the worst example of incompetence from the airline and rental car agencies that I have ever experienced. So, who wants to travel with me?...lol. It's always an adventure with me.

Saturday, May 30, 2015, 3:20:34 PM- Observations @ LAX
**People will run over their own grandmother just to get a spot at the curb for drop off. **Some will not wait until you are completely out of the car when they take off from the curb. **Checking a kayak is easier than checking in regular suitcases. I should have packed my clothes in a kayak. **Kids: No, a child the age of 9 years cannot sit on your lap in order to keep from being charged a fair. **Not too many people read the TSA Rules. Bringing in a jug of water is a no no. **Smiling as you check your bags just makes you look even more suspicious. Don't smile.....ever. **Don't look directly into the eyes of the officer with the drug sniffing dog. He can read your mind. Upon arrival to the American Airlines, I was notified that I was at the wrong terminal. WTH? Oooooooooh get this, US Airways and AA merged, so now you have no clue which airline terminal to check in with until you unload. The guy at the curb says "Oh, you need US Airways....it tells you which terminal" Me "Well pardon me if I chose to go to the airline printed on the ticket" He laughed and had me driven to the right spot. What a cutie. Why would they still print the name of the wrong airline on the freaking ticket? Anyhoo.......I cannot write 'on the road again' like I usually do, so I would just sing "I'm leaving on a jet plane" xxoxo

Saturday, May 30, 2015, 2:40:58 AM- Disgusting!
I am not shocked by many things. With all that I have seen in the course of my career, it takes a lot. It's not that I am hardened, it's just that I am one hell of a sick and twisted humorous person. However, making me disgusted of something comes rather easy. Humans have a way of just thinking things are normal in their eyes. Being uncouth comes easy to most. For instance: What did I see today? **not for the faint of heart** 1. A woman standing in line at See's Candy. As the clerk was tallying up her bill, the woman was popping pimples on her sons face. When the clerk told her how much, the lady reached into her purse and grabbed her card with the very fingers she used to pop her sons pimples and handed it to the clerk. How would you like to grab a card with pimple puss on it? 2. A man reaching into his pants and scratching his crack and then handed coins to the clerk at JC Penny's. Ass sweat is so pleasant.......isn't it? 3. A woman sneezing into her hands and then licking it off, right before she hands a clerk at JC Penny's a bag of returned items. 4. A teenager using a paper towel and washing her armpits at a drinking fountain in the mall. Who raised these people?

Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 4:20:45 AM- Memorial Day
A day of memories for those in the military who fought, died and survived serving their country. We also remember those from other countries who fought beside our countrymen and women. We shouldn't forget the many civilians either. I have made no secret that I have been around the military since I was a little girl. I hold all of my love for my family members in the military as well as the many friends I have known over the years. Each year I gather with others to mourn for those who died and say thank you to those who came home safely. Some of those men and women did not come home in one piece, but they did come home. They are reminded of their sacrifice each day that they look in the mirror. That in itself is a hard road to walk. Today we gathered at the beach for a solemn remembrance. One man (I did not know) spoke of his family members who were at Normandy. The stories of history passed on down to him are words one should never forget. Much like the words I heard when my brother spoke of Viet Nam. When the quiet spoken man was done talking about that monumental historical day in France, it was hard not to look down the beach and not think of the thousands upon thousands of men who laid down their life for freedom. When I looked at the calm and serene atmosphere, I wondered if the people were thinking of their freedom? Did they think of how chaotic and frightening this beach was when our men and allies came under fire on this 5 mile stretch of beach in France? I wanted to leave some words for those strolling along the California sand.....something to think about. I watched as they walked by and read the words and I hoped they began thinking of those who do their best to keep them safe. These are my footprints left behind on the beach. They are a brief memory of where I was on this day. These are mine and I smile because the memory is of me on a peaceful day. The many boot prints left behind by all of our military are from days that were meant to help those who needed them. Those who wear the boots have a job to do and that job is not something that is 9 to 5. The citizens of the world should remember all of the boot prints that were left behind because they signify freedom. Freedom comes with a price. A pair of boots cost $159 and at times, they lose their life because of the boots they wear. The boots are all that is left for their fellow brothers and sisters to remember them by. The boots signify that they marched together arm in arm for a call that they answered.
