In my mind, Kenny Omega is probably THE hottest act in Pro Wrestling today, period. For those of you that don't know who he is, he currently wrestles for NJPW.

Not only is he the leader of one of the hottest stables today, Bullet Club; he has the skills to put on a 5 star match (and a Match of the Year candidate) with none other than Chris Jericho at WrestleKingdom 12 this year, and had one hell of a fued with Cody Rhodes this year in ROH and NJPW. In spite of this, Kenny is not one to take himself too seriously. He makes Pro Wrestling fun again. He has also recently had matches against a blow up doll, AND a 9-yr old Japanese girl (which you can watch below). The man is just awesome, and he truly connects with the fans in a way few can.....

Since it's my first day back after about an 8 month hiatus, I thought I'd better update my blog. And since I just finished a new poem last night, I figured it would be a good way to do so.

So without further ado, here is the poem.....


Death comes gently in the night
As a friend, all dressed in white
He sits and stays with me a while
We laugh, we talk, we even smile
We reminisce of days long passed
It seems that they have gone too fast
But life is short, I must move on
I know my time is all but gone
I take His hand, though I wish to stay
To live again another day
Then He smiles and says, "Fear not,
To Paradise you shall be brought.
No fear, no pain, no loneliness,
You'll see again all those you miss."
And as we make our way outside
It's clear to me, I've truly died
Though now I know it's not the end
But a brand new journey with my new friend...

So there it is, brand new poem...and i know some of you might find it dark or morbid, and that's okay. But it is not my intent for it to be dark or morbid. I for one, am not afraid of death. That's not saying I'm ready to say I'm ready to die any time soon. But when my time comes, I'll welcome it with open arms. Because I truly believe it's not the ending of my story, but a new chapter to be written. I don't know what comes next, but I do know I'm always up for a good adventure

Anywho, enough rambling...hope ya enjoyed the poem, and I'll see ya in status...

Like none we've ever known
It's one so purely evil

I just wanna start off by saying that all of you wonderful people in status never cease to impress me in your devotion and support of your friends. You guys are amazing.

I never got the pleasure of meeting or talking to Mrs DC...but from the reaction in status and from reading DC's blog, I can tell she must have been an amazing lady. I only wish I had the chance to meet her. And although I didn't get to, my heart and thoughts go out to DC at this time, losing someone is never easy.

I thought this song was a fitting way to say goodbye to an amazing person, and celebrate her life.
