My birthday is this month. I will be 71. Whenever I see someone I've known all of my life, we laugh about all of the dangerous and illegal things we did (got away with?) in our youth. Then these same people usually go back to their comfy lives, where they wave the flag and curse everyone not like they are now. Being blessed (sometimes cursed) with an excellent memory, I remember when we were those people they are cursing now. I also remember older adults cursing us. Only goes to prove my point, that what goes around comes around... and we turn into the generation before us. ~ | ||
