i have been trying to think of a way to write this for some time now. sometimes i wake up and in the morning i feel so down and just not like i should be away today..... so when i post on status about being depressed and people say stuff like toughen up and shit like that it bothers me. would you say that to your family if they claimed to be depressed? would you like it if someone said that to you? so to those who think its easy to just ''toughen up'' understand sometimes being depressed and getting out of bed everyday is hard enough. | ||||||
