I feel like this. Sometimes I just get overwhelmingly sad. Not sure if I chalk it up to life or PMS. Will let you know tomorrow when I am well rested and can do a reassessment.

The moment I have been waiting for is within reach now. As of tomorrow at 3:30 pm I am on holidays for 2 weeks. It's never going to beat having the entire summer off last year but its nevertheless a needed break.

Now for the bad news....these next two days will be days from hell since I have to close off last months month end and start the current month so I can remit GST for the end of July. The accounting part is my least favourite part of my job.

.......and then I am on holidays for 2 weeks!!! Counting the minutes now and relieved to be blessed for a much cooler day today.

Its likely one of the hottest days this summer today. A perfect day for sitting on the dock at the lake but nooooooooooo......I stayed home to do yard work! Things at home were getting away from me so I needed to take a weekend at home and skip the cottage. Although I am sad to not be "up north" I am very pleased with my accomplishments today.

I trimmed all shrubs. Had the grass cut. Weeded all the front gardens. Pressure washed the front of the house, walkways etc. Now for the clintcher......I went to a construction site and loaded the box of my truck (by hand) with cedar mulch and mulched all the gardens too. Now I am ready for a good stiff....."drink"....a shower and a nap! I think I have worn myself out to the point that I no longer have that itch......sorry PW *giggles*. Gimme a day or 2 and I am sure I will be back to "normal"!

.....and no not on a jet train.....nor am I leaving NN. I am leaving today for the cottage. Monday is a holiday here (happy Canada Day to all my fellow canucks) and I booked Friday off also so I am leaving after work tonight. I have tons of company coming up this weekend so it should be a lot of fun.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

NO VB...I am not going to the Dr. cause she will wanna touch it and that just sends shivers up my spine. I brushed the duvet over it last night in bed and that almost had me hanging from the light fixtures. If its not better by Monday I will call the doc....maybe....

/me packs the aleve and a few less coolers and hopes the hot men next door are there this weekend to pick me up if I get drunk and fall down.
