they were probably suspected to have been in rule violation - most likely .. Suspected of being web pics or not belonging to you.

The easiest way to prevent that from happening is by way of NN verification. It's not mandatory - but it is something I'd recommend.

well i try to uploal cumtribute, but they delete ...i think because there was pics in backgroud of another person

cumtributes are not allowed, send to subject if they requested such tribute
