Pancakes are a Shrove Tuesday ritual here. However, Yorkshire Pud was every Sunday, first with the Sunday roast and then after with lemon and sugar. And I’m not even a real northerner 😂

Oops! .. richer topping with fruits. Ever tried strawberries slices and shortly marinated in balsamic vinegar, black pepper & a touch of sugar or honey? Unusual but it works.
