Why is losing weight so difficult after 40 lol .. about to say screw this no drinking and dieting crap haha
Because you’ll feel much better for it (speaking from experience). Gaining lbs is fun, losing them is hard, keeping them off is a challenge

Yes it definitely and your brain constantly works against you telling you it's OK to just have one more...there are days where I'm good and then I'll feel like I want to eat all day..diets suck

I didn't give up drinking,I just don't anymore .. besides being a diabetic drinking is not a great thing

Yes and no,I hated that it would sometimes just make me tired and want to fall asleep and when I woke up I would feel like crap so I just don't bother,I like becks non alcohol beer,tastes like great
