Was going to post a youtube video, but since I can't see any (of mine or anyone else's) seems rather pointless. Oh well.

My oldest has been sick (tonsillitis) all week. And of course, she has to lay out here in the living room most of the time. I'm not really worried about getting sick. I hardly ever do. But not only does it make it hard to clean up out here, she snores really loud. (And when she's awake, I've been xxxxxx to listen to/watch hours of "reality" tv.) She's feeling a little better so her fiance dropped her off at a friend's. (Now it's "The Big Bang Theory" which I actually rather enjoy listening to or watching.)

My youngest is going to see "Warm Bodies" with her aunt tomorrow. I'll drop them off and run errands. Cause I don't really want to go. I was going to see "Beautiful Creatures" next Thursday, but that was until I realized it's a romance and that's just not something I want to go to the theater to see.

So glad it's almost bedtime for my youngest...though honestly, I'll probably not be up much longer than her. I'm pretty tired. (Or maybe I'm just a little bored; sometimes, it's a bit hard to tell.)

I love her voice.

Allergies. Impossible for me to avoid them all. Of course, I could exercise a little common sense and not expose myself on purpose but where's the fun in that? I'm sure, I'll be fine in a day, two at the most. But I've never written on myself before so I had no idea. And now I'm really thinking it's probably a very good thing I didn't get a tattoo.

It's way harder to write on one's self than one would think it would be.



Not thrilled with what I got...but I seem to be allergic to the ink in the markers so I better jump in the shower.

Just in a Christina Perri mood, I guess.

This song has been stuck in my head all day. I even dreamt about it.

My oldest is so funny. I asked her "Are you girls getting dressed up for tonight?" Her response: "Wear jeans, mom." I'm betting she'd probably prefer I don't wear my furry purple coat, either. Lucky for her, my normal winter jacket is much warmer. I've been looking forward to tonight all week!

Killing time before kids get here. Kind of antsy. I don't know if it's boredom, I'm horny, had too much caffeine, or a combination of the three.

My best friend thinks-after my youngest is grown-her and I should be roommates. I don't know about that. I like a lot of alone time. She gets a little flaky, too. And then, there'd be this whole jealousy issue. Sometimes, she thinks guys I'm into are trying to get in to her pants. Maybe they are. And maybe she's way off base. But I have the tendency towards being a bit possessive. And jealous. Not just because my ex-husband cheated on me. But why put myself in a situation that's likely to bring out the crazy in me? No thank you.

Well, maybe being antsy right now isn't a bad thing. Might make tomorrow night more fun.
