I checked the weather before going on my walk today. It read: Currently 86 degrees, 'real feel' 98 degrees. It was fairly humid out there and I did sweat accordingly. When I got home, as I was stripping down before my shower, I looked at temperatures in other areas. It said: Today it will be 130 degrees in Death Valley, California. I suddenly didn't feel as hot as I did before reading that. ~ | ||

Every day I see our national flag displayed everywhere - In yards, on cars, on clothing. That's great. There's nothing wrong with showing your national pride. Where I don't see my fellow countrymen displaying our flag is when we're in another country. It's one thing to show off when you're own turf... Quite another when no one is around to back you up. ~ | ||
