it seems as of late that my bf's work schedule is all my fault even though I don't create it. The past few days he has/had to work 9am-6pm and normally I try to get up at 8am and get him going but I know he won't get up at 8, so I shut the alarm off and doze off again for a little bit. So other than having to be there at 9am and only getting up at 8:30am or a little later, it's not to bad minus the multiple days in a row.

So last night I went to bed and he was laying on my side already asleep, as normal I asked him to move over a little bit, he didn't, so I layed on my side with my legs bent and knees over the edge of the bed. I was already so upset with his attitude that I had considered just getting back up and going downstairs to sleep on the couch, but I didn't. Then this morning we get up at 8:30 and he starts out with a fit after looking at the clock, so he proceeds to get up and as he takes his sleep clothes off, he throws them down all mad like. I just went downstairs and got his work clothes out of the dryer and made him something to eat.

I understand there are other issues there, he moved here to MN to be with me and away from his family back in SC. It's the first holidays away from his family and I know it's gonna be hard for him.

I guess what bothers me is no matter how much I try and do for him, it's always my fault or he gets mad at me for really no reason.

I guess I just needed to vent, not sure if it did the trick or not, time shall tell.

For those of you who were in chat while we talked about this cheesecake, here is the recipe. For those of you just reading it, help yourself. It's awesome!!! You should definitely try it.

Prep Time: 15 min
Inactive Prep Time: 4 hr 15 min
Cook Time: 1 hr 0 min
Level: Easy
Serves: 8 servings

Crust:
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick melted salted butter

Filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin
3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

For crust:

In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter. Press down flat into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

For filling:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

this last weekend (over the 4th of July) my bf came to see me from SC. I was nervous at first (always am when meeting someone for the first time) and then I warmed up and was sooo happy that he was here with me.

We had an awesome weekend. Saturday we went to the lake and went swimming then came home and played a game outside and sat by a fire. The rest of the weekend was relaxing and just spending time together watching movies and hanging out.

Tuesday came and it was one of the hardest days I had in a long time. I had to take him back to the airport =( I didn't want to but we both knew it would happen. So on the way home I cried about the time and then I talked to him that afternoon/night. I was glad that he made it home safe.

So now we wait until September if not a little sooner for him to move up here with me =D yay!! I can't wait to be with him forever!!!
