well, it seems like since mid august it has been one thing after another with natural events here.

first the earthquake, really seemed to shake things up and cell service still is not back to normal.

then irene--some people did not get power back for a week plus. makes you realize how luck were were and more how much we depend on electricity. and some people just seem to have no idea about being prepared. and the bad cell service got worse!!!!!

now it is rain. highways flooded, houses and towns flooded. it seemed like a front stalled and the rains have just kept comming. oh, basement flooded and now we have problems with our wired phones.

and, now the ultimate cell problem---omg, i am in the ladies room at work, checking on my nn friends and the cell services is soooooooo bad, i can not get the internet. i felt like i was just completely cut off from civilization or at least my friend here.

well, 80 hours with out real power. our generator kept the tv on and fridge and freezer but no computer or internet. cell service was spotty so my iphone barely worked.

tried to talk hubby into "survivor sex" on sunday but he was worried about daughter hearing us. lol, "survived" wind and rain and water in the basement. we were so lucky.

today power came back at 5pm so a hot shower tomorrow morning.

one thing about no power (and lots of people had no power)---the sky was dark and you could see stars. it was like being in the mountains. almost like it was when i was a girl.

and post hurricane has such clear beautiful weather----omg, wish i could have taken the week off.

Storm is here. Winds are starting to blow. Electric just went out so no Internet!!! We are safe. Looks like rain, gale winds and no power. Blogging from my phone.

Hope to get some hurricane loving but daughter needs to go to bed first.

well, it is now getting closer. people are getting worried. weather channel going crazy. getting emergency kits together. storm of the century.

i have made it though about 10 nasty hurricanes in my adult life, so maybe that is not why i am getting upset.

lol, or maybe i am hoping for some hot hurricane loving. most likely not, but i can always dream.

been back for a bit more than a week.

vacation waas good, omg, the hot tub was wonderful--i only used it nude---so free to walk on the deck, boobs and pussy free and climb into that warm water. made hubby watch while i stripped in the big window to go outside---omg, i felt so naughty---did it at night and in the daylight when people could see me---i hoped. even got hubby in the tub nude----only at night---we made out but no fucking---sorry faith, did not have mothers hot tub helper.

did lots of sleeping, some loving, bike riding (i love to bike ride) and photography. and fell in the mud---my shoes and socks will never be clean----lol-mountain mud---never comes out.

omg---some of the poverty in the mountains---seeing the existance some families claw out makes me embarrassed to have a full tummy.

and the big news on the east coast of the usa is the earthquake---live here all my life and never felt an earthquake until tuesday and it was frightening. no real damage here but it was a rollercoaster for a couple of seconds---seemed longer.

and it showed how much 9/11 changed us here in the usa. many people said the first thing they thought was "bomb" then "earthquake". and an other scary thing was how poorly educated some are. it was actually reported in the newspaper that there was not a danger of a tidal wave---earthquake a hundred miles inland from the ocean and and some people are worried about tidal waves.

and,this weekend, the we could get a hurricane. hurricane and earthquake----the weather channel is full of doom and gloom and almost the end of the world. they are just soooooo excited.

woke up this morning, feeling rotten. some kind of tummy thing. soooooo, after finishing the last minute shopping, took a nap, woke up once at 3, suggested to hubby we leave tomorrow--its a five hour drive, put my head back down, woke up at 6. feeling better but not 100%. i hope a good afternoon and then night sleep will make me feel all better.

tomorrow hubby and i are off to the mountains. we have rented a house, overlooking a lake. just the two of us. i have packed his little blue pills and my toys. a hot movie. has a outdoor hot tub--will not take me to the nude beach but he will enjoy nude on the deck and nude hot tubing. omg, look forward to some necking in the tub followed by having him chase me up the stairs to the bed. omg, i hope we can do it every day.

when we were younger, we would plan trips around my vistor. i was never on the pill, soooooooo it was always an educated guess. and mother nature seemed to pay a surprise visit. now, we just plan and go and don't have to worry

first time in years, hubby and i went to a popular music concert. and it was a country music concert and i had never been to one of those. what should a wear? am i to old to attend. well, decide it was hot, i would just wear a top, shorts and sandals--fit in perfect and an the crowd was everyone one from tweens to 70 and we fit in perfects. lots of groups of girls and women who seemed to be there together. anyway, it was martina mcbride, who i just love. her music just touchs my soul. and it was an outdoor venue and it was just so hot. even after the sun went down, it was almost 90 and still humid. all of us ladies were "glowing". and martina was fabulous. dressed all in black with hot, shiny pants. and her voice is just out of this world. loved everything she sang. came back for one encore and sang two songs. just had a wonderful time. but, it was nice to get back into the air conditioned car.

over 100F in the shade today. i don't even want to move. sitting on the couch, waiting for hubby to call so that we can go eat dinner someplace airconditioned--window unit in our bed room but the rest of the house no air. too hot to even shower. no air at work either----closed early today and sent everyone home. sitting in t shirt and panties, thinking about playing, it would be so easy but it is just to hot. but it would fill just so good to slide my finger in, a soft vibe on my clit. but, i think maybe i will just dream.......hmmmmmmmm............
