It's the last day of the hols for the kids....yay!!! Although they go back tomorrow but I think there is some kinda strike on Wednesday, so they may be off again....typical!!!

Yesterday was a bit of a write-off for me, although I did go to my work but I wasn't much use there though! Yes, juicy you were right....I had a great night out on Saturday, but felt it ALL day Sunday....lol, but it was really good at the time.

I got to lookign through some pictures I drew a few years ago...okay well a lot of years ago and nearly cried when I found one in particular. I drew this picture of a horse I had to look after many years ago, his owner had smashed her leg up and he came to the stables I was living at, at the time. We just clicked and he wouldn't let anybody else ride him or handle him....I swear I could put a polo mint between my lips and he would take it very gently from my mouth (i know ewwwwww to most folks but.....) but if anybody else looked at him he would try to take a chunk outa them!!

I only knew him just short of a year, but he kept a place in my heart ever since.....and I still miss him now!

So meet CHURCHY....one of the best horses to ever live

SO SMILE, IT'S NEARLY MONDAY!!

I'm knackered, my boss has just went on holiday so that leaves me in charge now till she gets back in a weeks time...but after today I don't know what I will be like by the end of the week! I have never stopped and everybody keeps coming to me with more problems and stuff needing sorted out. I think when she gets back I will bar her from future hols, and recommend she asks for a pay rise...

Took the kids out yesterday to get all their new school stuff....I can't believe that I spent the best part of £200 to do it - i did treat myself to some new shoes and a couple of other bits n bobs too as I hate to spend money and not treat myself too, well that just isn't fair, is it!!

Okay, this blog covers me legally from any impending law suits from any person wishing to pursue any claim of personal injury resulting from any advice they received by myself or any person in the same conversation in chat today!!

We never told anybody to follow our advice......they did ask!!

OOhhh, I have had some fun tonight....with red hair dye, a brush and some tin-foil! And now I have red hands and somebody has some really cool, funky, bright red hair.

I think tomorrow night, I might have some bright red hair too.

Things are back to normal around here, I just got in from work and it looks like a nuke has hit the place.......

Well the kids finally came back last night and I had the biggest hugs in the world for them. We all snuggled up on the couch for most of the night, just chatting and laughing....It really was nice to be able to do that with them, most of the time I just wanna throttle them....lol

I'm back to work today though, so they will have to fend for themselves for a little bit...then tomorrow I'm off so we have to go shopping for all their new school stuff...I can't believe that's the holidays nearly over they seem to have gone really quickly this year!!

I can't believe that in one weeks time my eldest will be in her final year of school...thats a scary thought!!

Today was much better, and I did take a lot in too obviously!! We were assessed at the end of today and I got 96%.....yay ME!!!!

So as from tomorrow I get a half decent pay rise, and have been put forward for the next course in four weeks time, which gives a much better rise

On another note, the kids come back in about 20 minutes, so there goes my peace and quiet. I have really missed them BUT...I have saved a fortune this week, I've just realised how rich I could be...lol and the house-work is so easy to stay on top of....
Will be good to see them again though!!
