coriander seeds are called that, usually I think. Cilantro is the spanish name for the green herb, used in the US also, and coriander is used in the UK for the fresh greens, but same thing I believe.

Since I had my heart attack I've had to cut back on my salt intake so I've been experimenting with different herbs and spices etc. But I do miss my salt. sad
