There are def some who “witch hunt”. I’ve been there. However: behind every fake profile is a real woman who’s pictures have been stolen and posted here. That’s a huge problem.

There is no cross verification on id here even though legally there should be. Any I’d works, it doesn’t have to match them. And that’s fked up.

The "rules" set by Mastercard and Visa (Not law) state that we need to obtain ID from the person uploading the content, the "Content Producer"

Correct, it is a poor rule in that sense, but it does require that uploader acknowledge they have consent of the people in the pic

Mastercard still has very specific requirements for adult sites, that doesnt require "models" to even be paid. it requires an id from every person uploaded, as well.

When we first did it we had to have ID for everyone in each photo. This was ERRONOUS and we had to change our system to tie the ID to the uploader
