Slip in some exercise if you can. When you realize you can now actually breathe it may be incentive. Along with all the extra $$$. Good luck. I quit a million times before I finally gave it up.

Wow, 7 years and went back! Some life event I assume. I quit alcohol for 2 years. Having a much harder time giving it up this time. Good luck!

I feel ya,ok well I did feel ya and ummm I'm coming up on the 7 year itch in Nov,did you decide to try it to see if you could just have one? I no Desire for them though the smell doesn't bother me.

I'm going to say this,smoking is a really hard habit to break so good on you and good luck,I found giving up booze(for health reasons) far easier
