There it explains the UPLOADER is the content provider and has to have the consent. This is the way we were TOLD to imoplement it by multiple billing companies. We use 3 different billing companies

We are complaint with all three and as I have said we are audited regularly, it's the reason you need ID to even upload an avatar, and you need ID to be in video chat.

MissAshlee I have read the wording Multiple multiple times. In the PDF to merchants not the public facing site. As I said, we implemented ID for every individual and we were told this was incorrect.

I think the issue here is that while NN is legally compliant with your auditors, there are still plenty of pics posted unbeknownst to the person in the pic. How to fix that? Dunno if anything works...

TBH I am not sure what the issue is. We have ID for every upload, if the upload is non consensual, the uploader is in a world of trouble. This was the intent of the Mastercard rules and it works.
